Frank Cuomo
Consolidated Edison General Manager Steam Services
Frank Cuomo is the General Manager for Steam Services in Steam Operations, as well as the key developer and administrator of the Con Edison Dick Morgan Leadership program. He spent the first eight years of his career as a consulting engineer designing customer heating, cooling, and cogeneration systems. In 2011, he joined the utility industry as part of the Con Edison Steam Business Development group. Prior to being promoted to General Manager, Frank held various positions within Steam Operations and Distribution. Frank is a NYS Licensed Professional Engineer and a graduate of Manhattan College School of Engineering, where he received a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He later obtained an MBA from the Baruch Zicklin School of Business, and he served as an adjunct professor at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate teaching basic HVAC design for customer applications. He is an avid supporting of energy use reduction and innovative technologies.
