Mr. Sweet is the Director of the Global Power Reference Cases at ABB Enterprise Software, and has more than 30 years of utility experience. Mr. Sweet is responsible for North American power products and consulting. He oversees the content, schedule, development, preparation, and resource budget of North American power products. He helps develop the North American power market consulting strategy; oversees the execution of consulting assignments; mentors and assists staff performing consulting assignments. He also develops and mentors others regarding algorithm, system interface, and database design. Prior to joining ABB, he held a wide variety of management and technical positions in the electric utility industry. Specific positions in the Planning, Rates, Environmental, Generation, System Operations, and Merchant Plant Departments provide Mr. Sweet multidisciplinary perspectives on energy issues.
